beautifully explained !
I have this even when I am sititng down doing nothing. No break in 4 months. Heavy headed, floaty feeling. Vestibular tests, MRI and labs are negative. So is this a constant thing or brought on only by watching motion or walking down grocery isles?
Do you recommend patching to make the weaker eye stronger? What can be done to heal or improve the condition of the eye with the strabismus? Could eso or exotropia's also be caused by parasitic larvae cysts and if so how can you remove them? Your videos are amazing. Thank you so much.
Great video! Can you do a video on what could cause a comorbid third nerve palsy, with ptosis, Apraxia, diplopia, and alternating intermittent exotropia and anisocoria? I think Mysthenia Gravis can be rulled out =)
Can you do a video on what could cause a comorbid third nerve palsy, with ptosis, Apraxia, diplopia, and alternating intermittent exotropia and anisocoria? More specifically - rarer causes when "neurodegenerative" diseases are ruled out and MRI's/CTs are "normal." Not asking for a diagnosis. And don't worry, definitely not asking for a family member who's stumped multiple neuro-opthalmologist. 😵💫🫠 Just a curious George over here🥺
Thank youu🎉
Thank you
Appreciate the explanation
choppy/laggy vision?
I have completely lost the ability to sweat (entire body) and can’t find answers. If I don’t have Horner’s, what could it be? All my doctors are stumped.
This was an excellent and very clear to understand video. Thank you!

I was diagnosed with THS last year. Initially, i had electrolyte imbalance then had a double vision. I had MRI in 2 hospitals and they found nothing. everything was normal. I endured double vision for 4 months. Is this going to be a recurring thing? It has been a year since my vision went normal.
Thank you Sir

2020 i felt into a coma for 4-5weeks. When i woke up i wasn't able to speak but wanted to tell me father "please take me home". So i showed him & the nurse bring me a piece of paper and a pen. So i wrote "dad please i wanna go home now" .. but my dad couldn't read it neither the nurse. I was sooo angry why they wouldn't understand what i wrote & i thought they act like they couldn't read it. Like 2 weeks later i was allowed to go home and i found that piece of paper. I just made scratches on it...but 2 weeks before when i wrote it i was 100% sure i wrote sentences. The anton syndrom seems very familiar...

Is it reversible?
Above all- I would to thank you so much for this channel! It has been so helpfu!l And I have a question as well ;) I work with kids with low vision. Sometimes I notice they have binocular nystagmus, eventhough they have clearly monocular problem- a retinoblastoma in one eye, the other eye unaffected, but nystagmus is present, even with an obvious compensatory head position. Another case- monocular congenital cataract, the other eye with no sings of any pathology, but very mild binocular nystagmus is present as well... I have seen just a few of such cases, but still- do you have any explanation? Thanks a lot!
This is wonderful, thanks a lot!
What can cause this disease?
As a person with a VKH this has shed so much light and thank you for finally explaining this .
It's a frustrating condition, right from the diagnosis stage. Neurologists don't detect anything abnormal and refer you to an eye specialist. The eye specialist sends you back to a neuropathologist. Meanwhile, the brain fog and the constant drowsiness are debilitating. I was lucky to find a specialist who would administer injections straight into the spine and perform Chinese acupuncture. Other than black floaters in one eye, I have recovered almost 100%.
Thank you, studying for level one boards right now and was having trouble understanding and First Aid was not clear about this at all
good stuff
thank you for wonderfull explanation doctor
